Well, I have software that does this, but don't know anything on the web, however
there is the opposite: give lon and lat and get a map.  Here is my favorite since
I can include a location in email to other people.  Note that the lon and lat is
right in the url and you can play with it.  In this case 39.57 and -106.1 or my
parents' home.
